In 2002, the company established the first branch in Zhuo zhou city, Hebei, with an annual of high quality wool felt hats total 820,000 pieces, has 55 employees.

In 2006, the company established the second branch in Yiwu city, Zhejiang, with an annual of wool knitted hats, rabbit knitted hat etc total 960,000 pieces, has 64 employees.

In 2010, the company established the third branch in Dancheng city, Henan, with an annual of wool felt hats, straw hats, fabric hats, baseball caps etc stotal 3.5 millon pieces, has 321 employees.

The Dancheng city is the hometown of Mr Zhang, so he is focus on the development of the branch to benefit the local people.The branch has become a big industrial park now.The factory covers an area of 60,000 square meters, mainly produce hat body, fabric hat, baseball cap and straw hats. It is the biggest hat body base of wool felt hats in China, with a complete and scientific quality management system. The products are made of fine Australian wool, it touchs smooth, fine and elastic, has full range of colors.

In 2012, the company established the fourth branch in Shanghai, with an annual of straw hats, fashion hats, baseball caps etc total 1.2 millon pieces, has 86 employees.

In 2013, the company established import and export Co., Ltd and create company brand.

In 2015, the company open their brand store in Yiwu and set up an independent development department at same year.

In 2025, we launched a new workshop for knitted hats and imported 100 knitting machines.
